One challenge for Braca (shop operator) was not to immediately offer anonymous customers the payment method “by invoice”. Later, however, once the customer is known, Braca Europe wants to offer this option as a better service for the customer.

Braca was able to reduce payment defaults and reminder efforts by 30% because only known customers see the payment method “on account”.

Since 1 April 2023, the app has been called “Payment & Delivery Method per Customer” and can do even more:
Delivery settings can also be assigned to payment methods.
Example: A customer in Germany sees relevant payment methods in the checkout and a Dutch customer only sees the payment methods intended for the Netherlands.
The display of relevant payment methods and the effective control of the checkout create clarity for customers and make work easier for the shop operator.
